Open Day at Riverside Park in Cheshire

We’re very happy to announce that we will be holding an open day at Riverside Park, showcasing the development as well as 3 stunning model park homes.

We currently have an open weekend planned at Riverside Park from July 20th – July 21st (Saturday and Sunday). Opening times are from 10am until 4pm. You will be able to have a look around at the Riverside Park development, see the sights, and explore one of the 3 show homes we will have available to view – The Tingdene Havana, the Pathfinder Evolution, and the Willerby Delamere.
The Tingdene Havana
The Tingdene Havana is a contemporary, stylish park home that is available in either a coastal or woodland theme. It has a spacious, open plan living area with beautiful vaulted ceilings, as well as a modern kitchen with integrated appliances.
On the other side of the property, there is a gloriously large bedroom with a dressing area and en-suite. Clever storage solutions throughout give you maximum space without compromising on style. What’s more, the Tingdene can also be built with a pet/boot shower towards the entrance so that you don’t have to tread mud through your home.
The Pathfinder Evolution
The Evolution park home by Pathfinder is light, airy and modern, with high-quality furnishings and an open layout. It has a built-in ‘snug’ area and free-standing wood burner, which creates a cosy, homely feel. As well as this, the Evolution is decked out in designer herringbone flooring, which is reminiscent of mid-century design. Simply stunning!
The kitchen features an impressive number of Bosch appliances. Units are sleek and handleless, adding to the modern and luxurious look. What’s more, the soft close function makes cooking as pleasant as can be. Of the 2 bedrooms, the main one has a useful en-suite with freestanding bath, plus a walk-in wardrobe for all your dressing needs. Plush furnishing feature across both bedrooms and the second bathroom is accessible via the main hallway. There’s so much to unpack in the Evolution that you’ll have to see it to believe it.
The Willerby Delamere
A recent arrival from the NEC show in Birmingham, the Delamere by Willerby is a gorgeously presented park home. Its white and beige colour palette simply screams luxury and the high-quality fixtures and furnishing compliment this greatly. It has an open layout with large windows throughout to give a bright, light feel, plus statement lighting that truly makes an impression.
In the kitchen, modern, handless units create an air of sophistication and cleanliness that makes cooking that much more enjoyable. There’s plenty of space for all your food preparation needs and you even have a handy utility room! On the other side of the property, the master bedroom with en-suite and dressing area is sure to impress. There is also an additional bedroom and family bathroom for when you have guests over to visit. The Willerby really is a remarkable home.
