It is a single-storey residential property of timber-frame construction, built in a factory and delivered to a park of the resident’s choice and sited on a plot. Homes can be supplied in various sizes. The largest home we can accommodate is a 50ft by 20ft home and the smallest is a 32ft by 12ft home. Whatever your requirements please contact us direct. Park homes are supplied fully furnished and decorated. They can be designed around your needs – you can design your floorplan, choose your own optional extras such as en-suite rooms, integrated appliances, even the type of furnishing from carpets to curtains. It is a privately-owned estate, homes are laid out on spacious plots. Rent is paid to the park owner for the land on which the home is sited. Most homes are connected to all mains services. Gas on our parks is supplied through individual tanks on the park or cylinders in the resident’s gardens.
Yes you can, we are happy to deal with all manufacturers and are on hand to help you liaise with them to choose the home of your dreams. This includes everything from the floorplan right down to the fixtures and fittings including all furnishings.
All of our parks are fully residential so you are able to live on the parks all year round.
All of our homes are classed as Council Tax band ‘A’ which is the lowest band.
You must be over 50 years of age to reside on the park
The ground rent covers all ongoing maintenance costs of the communal areas on the park, e.g. lighting, roadways, paths and vegetation, the only thing you need to maintain is your own plot.
Yes we allow 2 dogs and 2 cats per home
All homes come with a 10 year gold-shield manufacturer’s warranty and as long as they are maintained regularly they will stay in excellent condition for 50 years plus.

I bought my new home in March 2007. I chose Delamere Grove partly because of the unusual layout of the park, e.g. with every plot being different.
As residents of Delamere Grove Park we find this a very pleasant place to live. Being in a rural area of Cheshire it has much to offer.
